Clear answers. No inflated promises.
Understand what AdexPilot does today, where operator approval stays mandatory, and how Shopify-backed billing works.
01What does AdexPilot do today?+
AdexPilot brings Shopify product and commerce data together with Google Ads, Merchant Center, and Meta-related signals. It helps operators review product performance, diagnose feed readiness, and prepare evidence-backed next steps.
02Does AdexPilot automatically launch Google or Meta campaigns?+
No. AdexPilot is approval-first. Recommendations and drafts remain reviewable, and provider-facing actions require the applicable authorization, safety checks, and operator approval.
03Does AdexPilot replace Google Merchant Center?+
No. Merchant Center remains the authority for feed registration, product status, policy results, and acceptance. AdexPilot helps interpret that evidence and prepare feed or product decisions.
04How are Shopify stores and workspaces organized?+
Each AdexPilot workspace connects exactly one Shopify store. Connecting another store requires creating and explicitly switching to another workspace.
05Who approves an AdexPilot subscription?+
Shopify hosts the mandatory approval step for recurring app subscriptions and one-time credit packs. AdexPilot grants paid access only after the Shopify billing status is verified.
06How does the free account offer work?+
When a free offer is active, the current credit amount and validity period are shown directly from AdexPilot's public billing catalog. The offer does not require a card and is limited to eligible accounts.
07What are AI credits?+
Credits measure eligible AI and premium-compute work. The exact plan allowance and any available one-time credit packs are listed on the public pricing page.
08Can AdexPilot guarantee profit or ROAS?+
No. AdexPilot organizes evidence and supports better review decisions, but advertising results depend on the products, market, data quality, budgets, providers, and decisions made by the operator.
